Heard Mr. Routray, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Zafarulla, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 3.

Since on instruction, Mr. Zafarulla submits that on completion of investigation in connection with Lalbag P.S. Case No.288 dated 05.11.2021 registered for commission of offences under Sections 294/506 I.P.C., Final Report No.369 dated 29.12.2021 has already been filed before the jurisdictional court, Mr. Routray wants to withdraw this application as he wants to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of the grievances of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made, this CRLMP is disposed of as withdrawn.
