1. Learned counsel for the Petitioners states that he will be satisfied, if a time bound direction is issued to the Tahasildar, Baliapal to dispose of the encroachment cases.

2. Accordingly, a direction is issued to the Tahasildar, Baliapal (Opposite Party No. 3) to ensure that all encroachment cases already instituted are disposed of within a period of six months from the date of filing of certified copy of this order. A copy of this order be produced by the Petitioners before the Tahasildar, Baliapal for necessary compliance within a week. Irrespective of that, a copy of this order be sent to the concerned Tahasildar forthwith by the Registry for compliance.
