1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the husband of the petitioner while working as Peon in Panchapalli High School, Hatipatuka (an aided High School) died in harness on 01.06.2016. He was getting block grant from the State Government in accordance with the Grant-in-Aid Order, 2004. The petitioner had applied for appointment under the Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme on 08.08.2019 i.e. after two years of death of her husband. Despite several representations, her case was not considered. She again filed another representation before the opposite party No.3- District Education Officer, Mayurbhanj, Baripada which is pending since 04.01.2022. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the opposite party No.3District Education Officer, Mayurbhanj, Baripada be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.

4. In such view of the matter, the opposite party No.3- District Education Officer, Mayurbhanj, Baripada is directed to dispose

// 2 // of the representation of the petitioner by passing a reasoned order within a period of two months from the date of production/presentation of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of this writ petition.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
