Mr. Nayak, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client was writ petitioner. The writ petition was disposed of on directions made by order dated 24th September, 2022. The authority did not comply with the directions. His client filed for contempt, disposed of by coordinate Bench on order dated 17th January, 2023 giving the authority further time of one month. Still there has not been compliance. His client has therefore applied for appropriate orders.

Mr. Nanda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, steps have been taken.

Directions were made by order dated 24th September, 2022. State was to pay compensation to petitioner by four weeks from communication. Applicant communicated and thereupon moved for contempt, as aforesaid. Still, the compensation has not been paid. No purpose would be served by making further order, when there has not been compliance in the meantime.

Mr. Nayak submits, his client will again file for contempt. 5.

The application is disposed of. It will not prevent applicant from filing for contempt, if so advised.
