Against the order dated 29.04.2015 passed by the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No. 970 (C) of 2015 refusing to grant interim order, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing this writ petition. 5.

This Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum, as the main case is pending for adjudication.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. 7.
