It is prayed in this writ petition that the plot No.34, area Ac.37.06 and plot No.37, area Ac.53.44 of Rakshita Anabadi Khata No.321 under Revenue village Sipasarubali No.200 should be included in the auction of the Brahmagiri Tahasil Sairat Case No.16/2013-14 for Bada Mota River Fishery source.

3. Since the auction period has already been expired, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition, which is accordingly dismissed.
