This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/ physical) mode.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioners and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioners and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender before the Court in seisin of the case in Baunsuni P.S. Case No.20 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.100 of 2022 pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Boudh within three weeks hence and move for their release on bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court with further conditions that the Petitioners will appear before the Investigating Officer on 30th May, 2022 in between 10 am to 2 pm and on such other date/s as asked for in order to cooperate with the investigation; will not indulge themselves in any criminal activity.

Violation of any of the condition(s) shall entail cancellation bail.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
