Heard the submissions of respective parties.

This writ petition involves a challenge to the order of suspension vide Annexure-1.

Reading the direction in the order at Annexure-1 impugned herein, this Court finds, the order at Annexure-1 was to operate for a period of one year with effect from the date of issuance of the notice i.e. on 29.01.2010. For the involvement of limited nature of dispute herein and as one year from the date of issuing of the notice has already expired in the meantime, this Court finds, no cause of action survives in this Writ Petition.
