This matter is taken up hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

The Petitioner having been implicated in connection with Choudwar P.S. Case No.85 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.463 of 2021 registered for alleged commission of offence under Section-341/387/386/506/34 of the IPC, pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C.(R), Cuttack, has filed this application under section-438 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the materials on record as also other surrounding circumstances; further taking into account the criminal antecedents of the Petitioner, I do not find it to be a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner, this application stands disposed of with the observation that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the learned Court in seisin of the case and moves for his release on bail, the same
// 2 // shall be considered on its own merit; further taking into account all such developments which have taken place in the meantime in their proper perspective and disposed of early in accordance with law. 5.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
Interim order passed on 30.03.2021 does no more survive. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
