This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

Upon hearing learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State and on going through the averments take in this application, the same stands disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to approach this Court afresh in case cause of action so arises in future.

Granting the liberty as aforesaid, the ABLAPL stands disposed of as withdrawn.

Interim order dated 20.04.2020 does no more survive. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
