Considering the submissions made and on going through the averments of the F.I.R., this Court is of the view that the apprehension of the Petitioner of being arrested in the case is not well founded.

In that view of the matter, this ABLAPL stands disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to renew his prayer in case cause of action so arises in future.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
