1. Heard Mr. M.M. Ansari, learned counsel for the Petitioners as well as Mr. P.K. Mohanty, learned A.S.C. for the State-Opposite Party.

2. The impugned order dated 03.01.2022 of the learned 1st Addl. Sessions Judge, Sambalpur in S.T. Case No.103 of 2016 rejecting the prayer of the Petitioners under Sec.207 of the Cr.P.C. is the subject matter of challenge in the present petition.

3. Upon hearing both the parties and perusal of the impugned order, it reveals that the specific grievance about non-supply of statements of some witnesses mentioned by the Petitioners in their petition dated 29.10.2021 has not been dealt with in the impugned order dated 03.01.2022. Admittedly the accused persons have the right to get the copies of the documents as per Section 207 of the Cr.P.C. Therefore, considering the specific grievance of the Petitioners and their right under Section 207, Cr.P.C., it is directed to supply them all such copies of police

papers, they seek for and entitled to, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and before consideration on charge. It requires to be noted here that as per the submission of the Petitioners, the charge has not been framed till date.

4. With aforesaid observations and direction, the CRLMC is disposed of.

5. An urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
