Since the petitioner has filed this writ petition against the order dated 18.10.2012 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, Bhubaneswar dismissing O.A. No.1454 of 2012 filed against the order of transfer, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Otherwise also none is there to prosecute the matter.

Therefore, the writ petition stands dismissed on the count of merit as well as for want of prosecution.
