There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is called.

The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the inaction of Opposite Party No.1 in not regularizing the petitioner's missing credit of Provident Fund Subscription for the month of June-2006. 4.

The petitioner who was serving as a Lecturer in History in Sarbati Devi Women's College, Rajgangpur, District:

Sundargarh has filed the present writ petition seeking a direction to the Controller of Accounts, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.1) to regularize the Missing Credit of her Provident Fund Subscription for the month of June, 2006 amount to Rs.900/- (Rupees Nine Hundred) with accrued interest. The G.P.F. Account number has been mentioned in the prayer and is extracted hereunder;

" G.P.F. A/c. No. 0013698-CE"

Learned counsel for the State on instructions from the Opposite Party No.1 dtd. 04.01.2013 which is taken on record submits that the petitioner's grievance has already been redressed. The relevant portion of the communication is extracted hereunder;

" The missing credit amount of Rs.900/- has already been settled on the basis of information available in the office of the O.P. No.1 and revised account slips has been sent to the present D. & D.O. (i.e., Principal, J.K.S. College, Paramanpur, Dist:-Sambalpur) for necessary check-up and handing over the same to the petitioner vide letter No. 19256 dt.6.10.2012(copy enclosed)"

In view of the same, since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, the Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. 7.
