Perused the record. The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking to declare the action of the opposite parties no.2 and 3 under Annexure-2 as bad in law, and to issue direction to the said opposite parties to permit them to remove the stones kept under zimanama as per the seizure list and also permit them to proceed with the construction. 5.

Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Addl. Government Advocate, on instruction, states that the relief sought by the petitioners has already been granted by the authority. Therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous.
