1. The Petitioner's plea for reimbursement of the differential costs of wages borne by the Petitioner as a result of the amendment to the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 shall be considered by the Chief Engineer, D.P.I & Roads, Odisha (Opposite No.2) in light of the judgment dated 19th September, 2011 of this Court in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 2114 of 2010(M/s. Nilgiri Engineering Cooperative Society Ltd.,-v.- State of Orissa) and the Petitioner will be given a hearing before a reasoned order is passed on or before 14th November, 2022. The date of hearing the Petitioner should be informed to it at least one week in advance.
