This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This petition has been filed by the Petitioner for transfer of C.P. No.1082 of 2021 instituted at the instance of the Opposite Party-husband from the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Cuttack on the ground that a proceeding i.e., C.P. No.468 of 2021 instituted at her instance is pending in the Court of Judge, Family Court, Cuttack.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Considering the facts and submissions made, this Court directs that C.P. No.1082 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar be transferred to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Cuttack. Both the Courts shall do the needful on production of the certified copy of this order.

// 2 // Learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack on receipt of the aforesaid record shall dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight months, since it is a matrimonial matter.

With the aforesaid order, this transfer petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
