During course of hearing, learned Counsel for the Petitioner does not want to press this application. 3.

Mr. Sarthak Nayak, learned Special Public Prosecutor, CBI, is present.

Accepting the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the application stands dismissed as not pressed. The interim order passed on 18.05.2020 that the Petitioner shall not be arrested till the next date in connection with CBI, SPE, EO-IV Kolkata, P.S. Case No.RC 29/S/2014KOL corresponding to SPE No.24 of 2014, pending in the Court of the learned CJM(CBI), Bhubaneswar subject to the condition that he shall cooperate with the investigation, stands vacated and thus does no more hold the field.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
