Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

In course of submission, it has been brought to the notice that for the selfsame grounds, the Petitioner has already applied to the Collector, Balasore, O.P.2. This Court finds, the Writ Petition is premature. However, in disposal of the Writ Petition, this Court observes, in the event of pendency of the representation of the Petitioner, vide Annexure-2, O.P.2 shall do well in considering the grievance of the Petitioner and passing appropriate order also involving the Petitioner by completing the entire exercise within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order along with copy of the Writ Petition by the Petitioner.
