The I.A.

has been filed seeking modification of 26.04.2022order dated 09.11.2023.

It is submitted that the petitioner being an employee of CRPF has in the meantime been transferred to Assam and therefore, it is not possible on his part to personally appear in the trial Court on each date of posting of the case. 4.

Having regard to the submissions as above, the order dated 26.04.2022 is modified to the extent of waiving the condition that the petitioner shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail. He shall instead appear before the trial Court whenever his personal attendance is considered necessary by the trial Court. 5.

I.A. is disposed of.
