The allegation is that the petitioner, who was working as Field Assistant in a private Finance Company, namely, Bharat Financial Inclusion Company Ltd., a subsidiary of Induslnd Bank Ltd.(IBL), received Rs.3,62,387/- paid by 51 members of 12 centers of the said Company towards collection, prepayment etc..
