It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that one Rishi Behera, S/o-Babuli Behera have been charge-sheeted for the commission of offence under Section 394, I.P.C. and his name Rishi @ Gyana Ranjan Das and the son of Babuli Das. 3.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that Rishi @ Gyana Ranjan Das, son of Babuli Das has already been forwarded to the judicial custody. Therefore, there is no apprehension so far as the present petitioner is concerned.
