This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Mr. H.K. Mohanta, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is in custody since 08.01.2022 and trial has already commenced, but on a query made by this Court, learned counsel for the Petitioner expresses the intention of the petitioner to avail the benefit of Section 437(6) of the Cr.P.C. before the learned Trial Court and he, accordingly, prays to dispose the bail application with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the learned trial Court in an appropriate application under Section 437(6) of the Cr.P.C. 3.
In view of the aforesaid submissions, this court without adverting to the materials on merit disposes of the bail application with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the learned trial court in an application under section 437(6) of Cr.P.C. which shall be disposed of by the learned trial Court in accordance with law.
