Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no instruction in the matter from his clients.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the fact that the case is the year 2015, this Court is of the view that the Petitioners are recalcitrant litigants and do not want to proceed with the matter.

Hence, this CRLMC stands dismissed for non-prosecution. 5.

Interim order dated 30th June, 2015 passed by this Court in Misc. Case No.1879 of 2015 stands vacated.
