The Petitioners in this writ petition seek to assail the order dated 28th October, 2011 (Annexure-4) passed by the Collector, Bhadrak in OCH & PFL Misc. Case No.1 of 2011 initiated under Section 35 of the Orissa Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation of Land Act, 1972.

In course of hearing, Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of the writ petition seeking liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars explaining the delay in filing the writ petition as well as enclosing the certified copy of the impugned order.

Granting such liberty, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
