This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

The writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner with the following relief:
"On the facts and in the circumstances stated above, your petitioner therefore prays that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to; Direct the opp. Party to forthwith release the leave salary & security deposit of with interest within a specific reasonable time as deem fit and proper by this Hon'ble Court;
And pass such other order(s) as deemed fit and proper in the bona fide interest of justice and fair play, And for which act of your kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound, ever pray."

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that highlighting his grievance, the Petitioner has filed a representation before the Secretary, Cuttack Central Co-operative Bank Ltd., Nimchouri, Cuttack-sole Opposite Party, on which, no decision has been taken as yet. Accordingly, a prayer has been made to direct the Opposite Party to dispose of the said representation expeditiously. 5.
Considering the limited nature of grievance, this Court disposes of the writ petition at the stage of admission with a direction to the Secretary, Cuttack Central Co-operative Bank Ltd., Nimchouri, Cuttack-sole Opposite Party to consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner dated 23.07.2021 (Annexure-3) within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Opposite Party is also directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law and shall dispose of the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order. The decision so taken shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
