This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the Tahasildar, Jagatsinghpur-Opposite Party No.3 to dispose of Mutation Case No.1472 of 2021 at an early date. 3.

This Court vide order dated 12th April, 2022 directed learned State Counsel to take instruction in the matter. Today, Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel on receipt of written instruction submits that said Mutation Case is still pending for adjudication and the Tahasildar, Jagatsinghpur-Opposite Party No.3 requires three months time for its disposal. 4.

Taking into consideration the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, this Court disposes of this writ petition with a direction that the Tahasildar, Jagatsinghpur-Opposite Party No.3 shall make an endeavour to consider and dispose of Mutation Case No.1472 of 2021 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably by the end of August, 2022,
