This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

Learned counsel for the petitioners does not want to press this bail application in respect of petitioner no.2. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed as not pressed in respect of Petitioner No.2. The ABLAPL is now confined only to petitioner no.1 hereinafter referred to as 'the petitioner'.

The petitioner having been implicated in G.R. Case No.154 of 2022 arising out of Parjang P.S. Case No.162 of 2022 registered for alleged commission of offence under sections 341/294/324/307/506/34, I.P.C. pending in the Court of the learned J.M.F.C., Parjang, has filed this application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail in the event of his arrest in the said case. 4.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the petitioner; it is

// 2 // directed that in the event the petitioner surrenders before the court in seisin of the case in connection with the afore-mentioned case within three weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
