This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 72 of 2022, arising out of Banpur P.S. Case No. 81 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Banpur for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 147/148/294/323/379/354/427/506/149/114 of the I.P.C. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is relied on an order passed by this Court dtd. 22.03.2022 in ABLAPL No. 2266 of 2022 relating to the co-accused persons and seeks the indulgence of this Court inter alia on the ground of parity.

Considering such submissions made at the Bar and taking into account the release of the co-accused, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
