The grievance of the Petitioner in this writ petition is with regard to inaction of the Sub-Registrar, BaligudaOpposite Party No.4 in registering the lease deed submitted by the Petitioner to lease out his building to UCO Bank, Baliguda.

Mr. Pradhan, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that since the Petitioner has expired in the meantime, this writ petition has become infructuous.
