1. There is nothing to show that the Opposite Parties are actually taking steps to settle "Duburi New Building Stone Quarry" pursuant to a Tender Call Notice (TCN) dated 7th July, 2018 i.e. issued more than four years ago.

2. Permitting the Petitioners to file a fresh petition in the event anything tangible actually takes place pursuant to the above TCN, the petition is disposed of.
