1. Against the impugned demand of short fall of MGQ, an appeal is provided to the Excise Commissioner of Odisha under Rule 251 of the Odisha Excise Rules, 2017. Permitting the Petitioner to avail of the said remedy, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition at this stage.
