This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to Opposite Parties to revise the salary of the Petitioner under ORSP Rules, 2017 with effect from 01.01.2016 and thereafter the pension and other pensionary benefits with effect from 30.04.2018 and sanction the differential amounts accrued in his favour within a stipulated period of time.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that highlighting his grievance, the Petitioner has made a representation to Opposite Party No.1 vide Annexure-6 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into account Annexue-4 & 5 and the judgment in the case of State of Odisha and another v. Bihari Lal and others (W.P.No.2831 of 2016 disposed of on 27.06.2016).

Considering the limited grievance of the Petitioner, this Court

// 2 // without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation filed by the Petitioner vide Annexure-6 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law taking into account Annexure-4 & 5 and the judgment in the case of State of Odisha and another v. Bihari Lal and others (W.P.(C) No2831 of 2016 disposed of on 27.06.2016) within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 6.
