ORDER

1. The challenge to the impugned award by the Management has already been rejected by this Court.

2. The Workman has filed this present petition challenging the award seeking enhancement of the compensation.

3. Admittedly, the Workman was working as a casual worker for a period of about six years. The compensation awarded to him is Rs.50,000/-. Considering that the award was made in 2011, pertaining to the termination of the Petitioner's services which were rendered between the year 1986 and 1992, the Court does not consider the amount to be unreasonably low calling for any interference.

4. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

5. The aforesaid compensation amount if not already paid, shall be paid by the Management to the Workman not later than four weeks from today.
