None appears for the petitioners at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on the last date on 29.09.2022. This Court by an order passed on 29.09.2022 directed the petitioners to apprise the Court about the present status of the case but the same has not yet been complied.

In view of the aforesaid premises, it pre-supposes that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter. 4.

Hence, the CRLMC stands dismissed.
