This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Learned counsel for the petitioners want to withdraw this application for bail so far as Petitioner No. 1-Chandan Kumar Dash is concerned.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL so far as Petitioner No. 1Chandan Kumar Dash is disposed of as withdrawn. 4.

Heard Mr. A.K. Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Karunakar Gaya, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

Petitioner No.2-Srikantananda Dash is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No. 397 of 2022, arising out of Korei P.S. Case No. 84 of 2022, pending on the file of J.M.F.C.,

Jajpur Road for the alleged commission of the offence punishable under Sections 341/294/323/307/325/379/34, of the I.P.C. 6.

Taking into account the nature of allegation, this court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence, and moving for bail, petitioner nos.2- Srikantananda Dash, shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
