This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the Petitioners at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on last occasion on 30.09.2022. The order passed by this Court on 30.09.2022 has not yet been complied with by the Petitioners.

The Petitioners by way of an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeks to quash the order passed on 16.07.2016 by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhadrak in Criminal Revision No. 47 of 2013 arising out of an order passed on 8.11.2013 by which the learned J.M.F.C., Bhadrak cancelled the bail and issued N.B.W.A. against the petitioners in 1.C.C. No. 114 of 2012. 3.

In view of the above facts, especially when no one had appeared today and on the last date for the petitioners at the time of call, it pre-supposes that the Petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, this CRLMC is dismissed.
