This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called. 3.

On perusal of the record it is seen that assailing order of this Writ Petition was filed and by order dated 05.09.2013 while issuing notice this Court had stayed the order of transfer dated 30.08.2013 at Annenxure-1, transfer the petitioner working as Sr. Asst. Gr-I from H.O. to R.O. Barbil, vide Misc. Case No.18758 of 2013 the said order is still in vogue.

Miss. S.L. Patnaik, learned counsel for the OMC places on record that during the interregnum the petitioner has retired attaining age of superannuation.

As such the Writ Petition has become infructuous and disposed of as such.
