Heard Mr.Pattnaik, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.B.K.Sharm, learned counsel for opposite party nos. 3 and 4 and Mr.S.K.Samal, learned Addl. Government Advocate. 3.

Mr.Pattnaik, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has filed this petition challenging the show cause notice under Annexure-3 however liberty may be granted to the petitioner to file a reply to the said show cause notice issued by opposite party No.4 and the said opposite party be directed to take a decision on its reply within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to file a reply to the show cause within a period of four weeks from today before District Manager, Orissa State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited, Jharsuguda (opposite party No.4) and in the event such a reply

// 2 // is filed, the opposite party No.4 is directed to take a decision on the same in accordance with law within a period of two weeks thereafter giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the representative/proprietor of the petitioner.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 6.
