This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/ Physical Mode).

At the time of presentation of the appeal, the certified copy of the impugned judgment was not filed in compliance of the rules. On 20.07.2018, by an express order, this Court allowed extension of time for filing of the said certified copy. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 06.07.2022 and this Court passed the order stating, inter alia: "let the matter be listed on 11.07.2022. If by that time, the defect is not removed, this Court will be compelled to pass an order for non-prosecution."

On 11.07.2022, the matter was not listed. From the Registry's note dated 06.07.2022, we have come across the fact that, the

appellant has not filed the certified copy as yet. Hence, no other alternative is left to us, but to dismiss this appeal for non-prosecution. 4.

It is ordered accordingly.
