1. Learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.6 states that the Petitioner earlier filed the Writ Petition (Civil) No. 215213 of 2012. This is, therefore, the second round of litigation. He further states that a co-sharer of the Petitioner has filed Civil Suit No. 181 of 2013 which is pending in the court of Civil Judge (Jr.Divn.) Balasore, and in which the Opposite Party No. 6 is a Defendant. These facts have not been disclosed in the present petition.

2. Since the matter is already subjudice in the Civil Court, this Court does not consider it appropriate to issue any directions in the present petition.

3. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
