This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Taking into account the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that inadvertently the C.T. Case number was wrongly reflected as C.T. Case No.139 of 2022 in the petition in place of "129". In paragraph-3 C.T. Case No.139 of 2022 be read as C.T. Case No.129 of 2022.

Taking into account the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs that the petitioner shall surrender within a period of four weeks from today.

Learned counsel is permitted to correct the C.T. Case Number in the Court record in course of the day. 6.

The I.A. stands disposed of accordingly.
