The Writ Petition involves the following prayer :- "The Petitioner, therefore, pray that this Hon'ble Court would be graciously be pleased to issue writ of mandamus and/or any other nature of writ/writs directing the opposite parties to release the petitioner's undisputed outstanding payment of Rs.1,10,06,600/- within a stipulated period.

And/.or pass any other writ(s), order(s), direction(s), this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in order to provide complete relief to the petitioner."

For the nature of relief sought for and for pendency of the application at the instance of the Petitioners, vide Annexure-6 on the selfsame grounds, this Writ Petition is not entertainable at this stage

// 2 // and the same stands disposed of directing O.P.1 to look into the request of the Petitioner, vide Annexure-6 and pass appropriate orders on the same taking into consideration the grounds raised in this Writ Petition so also the documents appended thereto within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order so also copy of the Writ Petition by the Petitioner.
