ORDER

1. The Petitioner's representation dated 28th February, 2022 will be examined by Tahasildar, Nuagaon, district Jagatsinghpur (O.P.No.3) and after issuing notice to the Petitioners as well as Opposite Parties Nos.4 to 14 and after giving them hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 20th June, 2022 and be communicated to the parties not later than 27th June, 2022. If aggrieved by such order, it will be open to the parties to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law. It is clarified that the Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
