This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No. 160 of 2022, arising out of Nilgiri P.S. Case No. 108 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Nilgiri for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections294/427/448/323/307/354/506/34 of the I.P.C. 4.
Taking into account the nature of allegation made against the petitioners and considering the submissions, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail. The Learned
Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
