This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to Opposite Parties to issue NOC in favour of Petitioner's institution for opening of B.Sc Nursing Training Programme for the Academic Session 2018-19.

In the meantime, since four years have been passed, this court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made in this Writ Petition.
