This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 979 of 2020, arising out of Jagannath Prasad P.S. Case No. 219 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhanjanagar for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 341/294/323/324/506/354/307/34 of the I.P.C.

Taking into account, the nature of allegation and the Injury Report annexed in which the injuries is stated to be simple, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence
and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
