The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to Opposite Parties to issue NOC in favour of Petitioner's institution for opening of GNM Course for the Academic Session 2018-19.

In the meantime, since four years have been passed, this court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made in this Writ Petition.
