The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Tahasildar, Aul-Opposite Party No.3 to carry out the direction made by the Commissioner, Consolidation and Settlement, Cuttack in R.P. No. 81 of 2008.

In course of hearing, Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays withdrawal of the writ petition to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
