1. This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode.
2. There is a delay of over 700 days in filing the review petition. The explanation offered for the delay in the present I.A. is wholly unsatisfactory and not convincing.
3. Consequently, this Court is not persuaded to condone the delay in filing the review petition. The I.A. is accordingly dismissed.

1. Since the I.A. for condonation of delay has been dismissed, the review petition is also dismissed.
